π FOMO On Vacations, While On Vacation!
The Need To Disconnect
I am currently on vacation. But until yesterday, when my daughter @lea_marin_michault took this photo of me, I had been checking in with the office at the very least one time a day.
Then I saw my colleague @lucaferone post that he was about to go on vacation and I got jealous...while I was on my vacation!!! He told me that I must step away...even if only for a day to be 100% present.
I did it and it was wonderful. Going off the grid even for just a day can still the mind and make it possible for you to see things clearly, sometimes for the first time in a longtime!
